On May 10, police responded to a reported structure fire on 69 East Hill Road at around 3:30 a.m.

Authorities say arrests have been made following an investigation into the fire, and a burglary at Dutton’s Market.

Three men from the area, identified as Jarod Wilkins, 19, of Winhall, Wyette Lovergine, 20, of Townshend, and Tyzor Greene, 19, of Bennington, have been charged with arson second degree and cruelty to animals.

Police also say as a result of this investigation, the three will also be charged with burglary.
