Driver injured after single-vehicle crash in Newfane

NEWFANE — A 64-year-old Townshend woman was involved in a single-vehicle crash with injuries in Newfane yesterday.

The crash took place on Route 30 at around 8:37 p.m.

Police say, Elizabeth Dery. crashed into an embankment when they arrived.

Dery was transported to Grace Cottage Hospital and transported Dartmouth Medical Center for severe injuries.
