RANDOLPH — Starting tomorrow, Northfield Savings Bank is changing their branch lobby hours.

They will be offering interior branch access to customers during three separate 90-minute intervals each day Monday through Friday.

IInterval 1: 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Interval 2: Noon – 1:30 p.m.
Interval 3: 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

This will allow customers to serve branch needs during shifts that correspond with more utilized lobby traffic times during the day.

In the breaks between intervals, branch teams will be attending to facility cleaning protocols, following up on customer care, supporting other NSB delivery channels, and staffing expanded drive-up hours.

The branch drive-up hours will be 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The bank says they are taking a series of other steps to battle this health crisis, including establishing remote work capabilities for some staff, applying travel restrictions, strictly observing workplace health protocols, and reviewing situations where the sudden turn in economic activity is placing stress on borrowers.
