Two-vehicle crash in Mount Holly

MOUNT HOLLY — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Mount Holly this morning.

The crash took place on Vermont Route 103 at around 10:30 a.m.

According to the report, William Shekhtman, 46, of Mount Holly, was headed north behind Betsy Hinckley, 73, of Belmont.

Police say Hinckley was in traffic and slowing to make a left turn when Shekhtman moved left to overtake him.

Shekhtman’s vehicle collided with Hinckley in the southbound lane.

State Police were assisted by Mount Holly Rescue and Volunteer Fire Department.

Boondock Motors removed the vehicles from the road.
