SUDBURY — A 48-year-old Pittsford man was arrested on multiple charges following an incident in Sudbury yesterday.

Police say they were dispatched to a threatening complaint at around 5:00 p.m.

Police say they located the accused, identified as Scott Lancour, driving a vehicle near the residence where the complaint was called in.

During the course of the investigation, police say Lancour showed signs of alcohol impairment.

Police took Lancour into custody and processed him at the Castleton Police Department.

While in custody, police found that Lancour had violated his court conditions imposed by a judge, operated a motor vehicle after criminal suspension, and criminally threatened another person.

He was released on conditions and cited to appear in court tomorrow.
