BENNINGTON — A 26-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct following an incident in Bennington early this morning.

Police initiated a traffic stop on Pleasant Street at around 12:12 a.m.

The driver was identified as Donovan M. Hopper, of Bennington.

During the stop, police say Hopper exited the vehicle and continued to display “tumultuous behavior.”
