SHAFTSBURY — Police responded to a single-vehicle hit-and-run crash in Shaftsbury yesterday.
The crash took place on Paran Road at around 2:30 p.m.
The driver fled the scene of the crash by the time police arrived.
According to the report, the vehicle was headed north when it left the road and struck a utility pole.
Police say the owner of the vehicle was located and reported the vehicle as stolen.
At this time the driver of the vehicle is unknown, police say.
