HARTLAND — A 57-year-old New Hampshire woman died after being struck by a commercial box truck in Hartland yesterday.
According to the initial reports, police were notified that there was a rollover crash in the median on I-91, at around 7:18 a.m.
A driver involved informed police that the vehicle involved in the rollover had struck his vehicle.
Police identified the driver as Natalia Brodeur, of Claremont, NH.
Tragically, she died from injuries at Dartmouth.
Bart Blonstein, 64, of Vernon, CT, was identified as the other driver involved in this crash.
Blonstein told police he was driving a commercial Freightliner box truck headed north when their vehicles struck in a side collision, forcing him off the road.
Police say Blonstein was able to stop the truck in the breakdown lane north of the crash scene.
Police say this crash remains under investigation, but that Blostein was ticketed for failing to maintain the lane of travel.
